1. Who is the controller

2. What data we process and why

Enquiries via forms, e-mail and phone

When you send us an accommodation enquiry or a message via the contact form, we process the data you fill in: name, e-mail, phone, subject and message, and for accommodation also your arrival and departure dates, number of guests, chosen accommodation, confirmation that guests are over 25 and the estimated price. We also process the data you send us by e-mail or tell us by phone.

We need this data to reply to you, prepare an offer and arrange your stay, hunting, horse riding, a purchase of our products or another service.

• Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract and performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). For general questions, our legitimate interest in replying to your message (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Legal obligations: if a stay or purchase takes place, we also process data to meet obligations under specific laws, such as accounting and the register of accommodated guests (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Visiting the website and cookies

When you visit the website, technical data (IP address, browser type, time of access) is processed to deliver the page, keep it secure and protect the forms from bots. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and working website.

We use statistics and marketing cookies (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel) and Google Maps only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can change at any time via the Cookie settings link. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

3. How long we keep data

• We keep enquiries and our communication with you for 5 years from the last communication.
• Data we must keep under specific laws (e.g. accounting documents) is kept for the period those laws require.
• Your cookie consent is stored in your browser until you change or delete it. The storage period of individual cookies is listed in the Cookie Policy.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data or share it with other companies for their own purposes. It is handled only by the people on our farm who deal with your request.

Technically, it is processed only by the providers of services we need to run the website and e-mail, strictly on our instructions:

• WebSupport s.r.o. (Slovakia): website hosting and the mailbox that receives form messages.
• Cloudflare, Inc.: website delivery and security and bot protection for forms (Turnstile).

If you consent to cookies, data about your visit is also received by Google Ireland Limited (Analytics, Ads, Maps) and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Facebook, Instagram). Some of these providers may transfer data to the USA; such transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

If you book accommodation through a platform (e.g. Booking.com, Airbnb), that platform also processes your data under its own policy.

5. Your rights

You have the right to:

• access your data and get a copy of it,
• have inaccurate data corrected,
• have your data erased if it is no longer needed or processed unlawfully,
• restrict processing,
• data portability for data you have provided to us,
• object to processing based on legitimate interest,
• withdraw your consent at any time (e.g. for cookies); this does not affect processing before the withdrawal,
• lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, dataprotection.gov.sk.

6. Other information

Providing data in the forms is voluntary, but without contact details we cannot reply to you. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling with legal effects.
